Announced Damas International Limited (Damas), a leading company in the field of watches and jewelry in the Middle East today (Thursday, May 26, 2011) that its subsidiary Damas Jewellery LLC has signed a memorandum of understanding obtained whereby 10% of the quotas in the Damas in Kuwait to reach this rate of to 100% of Kuwait Damas, Damas and become the operations in Kuwait, which includes 23 exhibition fully subject to Damas.

And the announcement comes just weeks after the Declaration of Damas International Limited that its subsidiary Damas Jewellery has acquired 49% of the capital operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to up stake in Damas Damas Saudi Arabia to 98%.

أعلنت داماس العالمية المحدودة ( داماس)، لشركة الرائدة في مجال الساعات و المجوهرات في الشرق الأوسط اليوم ( الخميس 26 مايو 2011) أن الشركة التابعة لها داماس للمجوهرات قد وقعت إتفاقية تفاهم حصلت بمقتضاها على 10% من الحصص في شركة داماس في الكويت لتصل بذلك نسبتها إلى 100% من داماس الكويت، و تصبح عمليات داماس في الكويت و التي تتضمن 23 معرضا خاضعة بالكامل لداماس.

و قال عنان فخر الدين الرئيس التنفيذي لداماس العالمية المحدودة معلقا " هذا الاستحواذ هو جزء من استراتيجيتنا المستمرة لتعزيز سيطرتنا في الأسواق الرئيسية، إن السوق الكويتي يعد سوقا رئيسيا لداماس و هو يحمل الكثير من الإمكانيات لأعمالنا، و نحن نؤمن أن الملكية الكاملة هي الأفضل لتحقيق النتائج التي نرجوها." 

و أضاف "سيتيح هذا الإستحواذ لداماس تقديم مجموعة أوسع من المنتجات في السوق الكويتي، و هذا بدوره سيعزز من علامتنا التجارية. وهو أيضا يعكس إلتزامنا المستمر في التركيز على عملياتنا الأساسية بعد الإنتهاء من إعادة الهيكلة المالية و دخولها في حيز التنفيذ.".

و يأتي هذا الإعلان بعد أسابيع فقط من إعلان داماس العالمية المحدودة أن الشركة التابعة لها داماس للمجوهرات قد إستحوذت على 49% من رأس مال عملياتها في المملكة العربية السعودية لتصل حصة داماس في شركة داماس السعودية إلى 98%.

كشفت الهيئة العامة للثروة المعدنية بجمهورية مصر عن تصدير 500 كيلوجرام من الذهب خارج البلاد من قبل شركة “ستنامين لاستخراج الذهب” الاسترالية الجنسية والتي تحمل امتياز منجم السكري المصري، واتجهت الكمية المذكورة سابقاً إلي كندا لتنقيتها بمعامل التنقية هناك كتمهيد لبيعهم عن طريق البورصات العالمية.

كما أعلن المصدر أن مصر قد حصلت علي 40 مليون جنيه مصري في عام 2010 نظير عمل الشركة في البلاد ويعادل هذا المبلغ 3% فقط من حجم الإنتاج السنوي.

وسيتم توزيع الأرباح في نهاية العام الحالي وستصل حصة مصر حينها بعد استرداد جميع المصروفات إلي 60% من الإنتاج.

وقد أصدر وزير التجارة والصناعة المصري “سمير الصياد” مؤخراً قرار بحظر تصدير الذهب من مصر للخارج وذلك لمدة 4 شهور. وكان السبب وراء هذا القرار هو حماية الأمن القومي للبلاد عن طريق منع تهريب الذهب من قبل المستثمرين والمسئولين السابقين في النظام والذين قاموا باكتساب أموالهم بطرق غير مشروعة ويقوموا بذلك لسهولة تجميد الأموال في ذهب والهروب بها ومن ثم فكها مجدداً في صورة نقود، ويذكر أن هذا القرار تم إنهاء تنفيذه في التاسع من شهر أبريل الماضي.

كما أدت المزايدة العالمية التي طرحتها الهيئة المصرية للثروة المعدنية في البحث عن الذهب والمعادن المصاحبة خلال عام 2009 إلي ترسيه ثلاث مناطق امتياز يتم الآن الانتهاء من الإجراءات اللازمة لصدور القوانين الخاصة بها، وبلغت إجمالي التزامات إنفاق مع شركات عالمية من مصر وروسيا وكندا وصلت إلي 27 مليون دولار أمريكي.

ويقوم بإنتاج الذهب في مصر عدد من الشركات العالمية والحاصلة علي امتيازات من الحكومة المصرية للعمل بمنجمي حمش والسكري، كما يوجد 6 شركات أخري تتولي أعمال استخراج الذهب من خلال التنقيب.

الكويت – صرحت الكويت فى تقريرها الاقتصادى اليوم بان سعر الذهب المحلى فى السوق المحليه ارتفع ليصل الى 13600 دينار خلال الاسبوع الماضى بارتفاع قدره 300 دينار عن الاسبوع السابق له فى شهر مايو الحالى واضاف التقرير ان الاسواق المحلية تأثرت بارتفاع الاسعار العالمية للذهب خلال الاسبوع الماضي وظهر ذلك بوضوح في انخفاض مبيعات الحلي والمشغولات الذهبية وتحول الاقبال الى السبائك والذهب الخام. واوضح ان ثقافة التوفير والاستثمار مسيطرة على توجهات الشراء في السوق المحلي لا سيما من جانب يدل على تحول الاهتمام بالذهب من الزينة والحلي الى التوفير والاستثمار حيث نالت تجارة السبائك الصغيرة والليرات الذهبية النصيب الاكبر من المبيعات الاسبوع الماضي موصلة سعر كيلو الذهب الخام (عيار 24) الى 13600 دينار بارتفاع قدره 300 دينار وبالمثل ارتفع كيلو الفضة الخام (عيار 999) الى 350 دينارا بارتفاع قدره 40 دينارا عن سعره السابق.
وذكر التقرير ان اسعار الذهب ارتفعت الى اعلى مستوى لها منذ ثلاثة اسابيع في السوق العالمية متجاوزة مستوى 1538 دولاراللاوقيه وحقق مكاسب قدرها 5ر1 خلال الاسبوع الماضي متأثرا بارتفاع اليورو عقب رفع وكالة فيتش لتصنيف ديون اليونان بثلاث درجات.
واشار الى استمرار صعود اسعار المعدن الاصفر نتيجة لاستمرار اقبال المستثمرين على الملاذ الامن بعد نزول سعر صرف الدولار وكتحوط استثماري ضد التضخم التي يعصف بالكثير من الدول الاوروبية.
وقال ان هبوط سعر صرف الدولار ساعد المعادن الثمينة الاخرى في الارتفاع نتيجة لتقارير سلبية عن البطالة الاسبوعية وبيانات الناتج القومي لدى الولايات المتحدة الامريكية وهبوط مؤشرات ثقة المستهلكين.
وتوقع التقرير ان استقرار الذهب فوق معدل 1536 دولارا في الاسبوع الجاري سيكون اشارة قوية لتحقيق قمم جديدة فوق مستوى 1576 دولارا وهي اعلى قمة حققها الذهب نهاية الشهر الماضى موضحا انه من الممكن تسجيل عمليات جني ارباح سريعة تؤدي الى انخفاض السعر بشكل طفيف.
وعن الفضة قال التقرير انه صاحب الذهب في الارتفاع خلال الاسبوع الماضي لكن بوتيرة اقوى حيث حققت مكاسب قدرها 8 في المئة لتصعد من 5ر34 دولار للاونصة الى مستوى 8ر38 دولار ما يعتبر عامل جذب للمستثمرين اضافة الى اجماع الكثير من المحللين على توقع ارتفاع الفضة خلال الفترة المقبلة الى مستويات قياسية تتجاوز اعلى قمة سجلت له في عام 1983.
واشار الى ان النقص في المعروض من خام الفضة بالاسواق الخليجية شاهد على زيادة الطلب من المستثمرين عليها والحرص على تخزينها بهدف جني ارباحها في الفترة المقبلة

بالرغم من أن أسعار الذهب العالمية انخفضت اليوم ليتم تحديد سعر الأوقية في جلسة القطع الصباحية بلندن 1521.50 دولار بعد أن كان السعر في الجلسة السابقة 1526.25 دولار للأونصة/الأوقية، إلا أن سعر الذهب في مصر ارتفع مجدداً بنهاية الأسبوع الحالي وهو الأخير في شهر مايو/أيار الجاري. ويذكر أن سعر الذهب العالمي قد بلغ عند الإقفال السابق في بورصة نيويورك 1523.30 دولار للأوقية/الأونصة.

حيث بلغ سعر الجنيه الذهب 2050.7 جنيه مصري، وبلغ سعر جرام الذهب من العيار 24 مبلغ 292.96 جنيه، كما سجل الجرام من عيار 21 عند 256.34 جنيه، في حين ارتفع سعر جرام الذهب من العيار 18 حوالي 9 جنيهات ليسجل 219.7 جنيه بعد أن كان سعره 210.87 جنيه فقط يوم السبت في بداية الأسبوع المنتهي.

وبخصوص سوق الذهب المصري فقد تم ذكر تصريحات لعضو مجلس إدارة شعبة الذهب “إيهاب واصف” في مقالة سابقة حيث قال بأن السوق المصرية تشهد حالة كبيرة من الركود والجمود. وبالرغم من أن هذه الفترة تشهد سنوياً حالة من الهدوء، إلا أن الأمر قد تزايد هذا العام بشكل ملحوظ -علي حد وصفه-.
